I would like to be a mod on any server

Experience? I used to be an admin on a small server before with around 10 people online but the server is now shut down. I have also played minecraft for about 3-4 years now and factions for 2 years.
What would you do if a player was spamming? I would first Warn them and then if they continue i would mute them.
What would you do if a player was hacking but a staff member needed proof?
I would tell everyone to clam down untill there was proof of that player hacking and if i get proof i would take action.

Im from Sweden which means that my time zone is gmt+1! Im a very social person and happy all the time!

I have played alot of factions servers and servers auctions pluggin also im really use to all of the commands . I have played vanilla minecraft for about 4-3 yearsnow.
What I would try to do to make the server a better place is:
1.I would try to keep the chat clean because no one really wants to play on a server with a toxic chat.
2.Be as friendly and helpfull to all of the people that needs help.
Im always really active in chat and I will help the new players that come to the server.
When it comes to an arguements I always try to be fair and listen to both sides of the story and im really good at handeling situations in game. Im often very social in chat! Hope you have a nice day!
