How I see myself in the community:
I see myself as a dedicated staff member that looks out for all of the players and the staff members on the team. I see myself as being a role model and making sure that everyone is self-motivated and making sure that they are doing their job properly and have the proper training to do their job. I also see myself as being a nice friendly user that won’t get uptight with people or staff members if they mess up on something.
Why I’m applying:
I'm looking to give back to a server and make it grow. I'm wanting there to be a server that players and staff will be able to play on whenever they want or if they are just having a dreadful day. I want to be able to show people that I have knowledge and that I'll be willing to do anything to help. I also want to make sure that everyone has someone to talk to when they are down or if they need help with something in-game. I also want to be able to help get a large network up, because I miss the one that I worked for that had 200+ players on a day. I also want to bring leadership to the team so everyone will know how to be a good leader and not just sit around and do nothing.

About Me:
I'm currently in grade 12 attending high school as well as doing courses online. I have been interested in computers and networking for about 4 years. I'm going to be taking courses through universities making my way up to my master degree in computer sciences after I graduate. I first started working with hosting companies and being a TA for the computer class at my school. Once I found out the management part of minecraft servers I decided I would jump on the chance and work for some smaller servers. During my time working for smaller servers, I had a few larger server owners and approach me and give me a chance to prove myself to them. After working for a couple large server and getting the experience, I moved onto working for a lot more larger servers. When I found out that It gets kind of boring working for servers that die down to around 10 or 15 people a day, I decided to start making my own servers with the knowledge I had. After working with smaller servers from hosting companies my server was just getting to small and I had a lot more ideas for it. So, I decided to learn Linux and Networking so I could work with dedicated servers and larger infrastructures. After doing it for a couple years, People started noticing my work and said they were hiring at their hosting company and I'm free to apply if I wanted to. After getting a lot more experience with the companies and leadership skills, I started going into staff management and senior management for servers and networks.
Why you should accept me:
So, you are wondering why you should accept me for your server? Well I’ll tell you why you should accept me over other candidates for your server. I have applied for a lot of different servers and a lot of them have failed due to lack of experience in management and immature staff members that don’t know what they are doing when it comes to running servers. I don’t want that to happen to your community, I want it to reach its full potential that it has. I’m also wanting to make sure that the community has staff members that know what they are doing and have training or experience in the field that they are applying for. I also want to make sure that all the staff members know how to deal with punishments correctly and don’t need to always ask other members to do stuff for them because they are too lazy to do the stuff themselves. I also want to bring the leadership skills I have to your community to make sure that all of the staff members know how to communicate with each other and are self-motivated, so all the management team don’t need to hound them to get stuff done. I’m also wanting to make sure that your server will have unique features that will make it stand out from all the other smaller communities that are starting up. I also want to make sure that your community has the people that know how to make it a great community and that can dedicate time into your community to make sure that it reaches the full potential. I’m also wanting to make sure that the staff members will be role models for the players and that the players can trust the staff members to be there for them when they need them. I also want to make sure that the staff members are always reachable by any of the players or other staff members that are part of the community. That can be either by discord, ts or the forums.

No longer doing freelance Management work you tell me, yet you bump a couple days later!
Would not recommend this guy. He came on my server with promises of activity and a new website, yet he barely spoke in our discord and server, didn't do anything at all, left without no warning and LIED TO ME, telling me he was not doing anymore freelance work.

I told you in the past that I wouldn't make you a website if you were going to use a nulled version of xenforo. If you don't have the money to pay for Xenforo or another website software, then why are you trying to make one in the first place. I also told you that I was busy with my company and that I wont be doing freelance management anymore. I'm no longer busy with my company and I'm still taking offeres. I was also wanting to manage a community that had a decent budget.

You could've at least had the decency to tell me, and my server does have a decent budget, its just you didnt contact me enough or reply fast enough for us to discuss it. You just existed there for 6 days and did nothing.

Hello! I'm hosting a not yet released server and this is exactly what I'm looking for. I've been hosting many different servers for many years and have gotten a lot of experience as a server host, I'm even learning the basics of coding as we speak to facilitate my job. The only thing I'm really missing out on, is a great and experienced Co-Owner. I've always had a tough time when it comes to ideas and would really need a partner to help me out.
