You will have full control over your plugins, configs, etc as long as it isn't using extreme resources.

I'd love one of these to set up an official server for my data pack, mcEXP. I'd just run it as a regular survival world. It would be advertised on the mod page (which has 1.5k downloads) and that would probably give easy players. I don't want to use plugins since data packs are better in every way.
