Got A New Survival Server?

I'm looking for a brand new survival server, preferably with 24/7 run time and no lag.
I wish to join from the get go to become an administrator so I can build stuff for the normal players like hotels, or a hospital. I also keep the peace. I tend to be very productive. I'm always looking for a new project to start, so I always seem to be building. I know my way around the redstone and mechanisms. I also have a nat for creative thinking and engineering.
So basically, If you find or start a new server like this, tell me. You won't regret it.
