Help needed!

My friend and I are creating a survival server. But we need some help with plugins and building. We are not that experienced with plugins but currently we are running our server on Bukkit 1.12 and need help setting up and applying the plugins necessary in making a server. We would also appreciate help with building things like spawn areas and shops. We appreciate all help received! Honestly guys! Any time you want, just get on the server and start building. It can be anything you want. We will make sure to add it into the final product. And if you would like, I could make you guys mods.
