I've recently opened a server of my own & spent about a month setting everything up. Its ONLY Factions so it leaves room for me to spice it with other plugins. It has 250 Player Slots & a lot of SIMPLE plugins to enhance the players experience. We also have a discord server so that the players can communicate with each other & not get bored with just typing to talk. In my personal opinion i think its a fantastic, & i put a lot of love & dedication into it. But for some reason people either don't join or join but leave immediately. I post on server list & bump everyday. I do my best to welcome players when they join but they either start Trying to hack (Which is almost impossible with Anti-Aura) or They Just SPAM that they want staff.

My question is how do i KEEP & get players to join.
