How long untill staff can retire?

hey! i own a server called LamoidsKingdom!
it has Prison, skywars, creative, Ultra plots (custom game) Factions, hardcore hunger skyblock (custom game soon to be released) and more! The ip is LamoidsKingdom.ddns.net ive owned this server for a while but im wondering, is there like a common ammount of time it would be before a staff member becomes a retired staff member? Example they become mod January first 2016 does that mean january first 2017 they have the option to retire any time after that? like whats the common ammount before a staff retires? a year? half a year? idk just say in comments please!

Their isn't really a set time tbh
From my experience some of my staff members have retired at around 3-12 months.
