How to find people looking for a good server

So im a Mod on server which is losing some player im trying to see if i can help by finding any one who would like to join, An also get some ideas on what we could do to get the sever more out there the server is small an with 1.13 breaking everything i believe thats the main reason for that player drop, if anyone has any idea fill free to comment an if you like to join the IP is here play.HollowTree.net

What platform is this server on?

List it on every site that offers server listing and bump them on every site that allows bumping. Have votifier, and a unique way to get players to vote for your server.
