IndexCraft is a survival online-mode server with land claims and multiple worlds (3 citadels and a work in progress fightclub). It has 50 player slots and is hosted on a server with 3GB/4GB dedicated to the server, here is a list of plugins it uses:

The only rules are:
-No hacking (xray, speedhacks, etc.)
-No Public Annoyances (Harrassing, spamming, etc.)
