Looking for Admins/Mods/Builders

Hello dear PMC Forum. My name is Martin and I come from Minepex, a newly established server(?)(?) Well, we are not open so I guess we aren't established yet? wut? My english grammar skillz just flew out the window. Dont complain, I'm norwegian, we suck.
Ok, back to topic.
We are looking for the following types of moderators/admins: Plugin manager, builders, moderators (who help players and other mods/admins) & a few other types I haven't figured out yet. In the comment section please answer following questions:
How old are you?
What is your Minecraft username:
Do you have any mod/admin experience?
Are you good with plugins?
Do you know how to configure plugins?
Are you good at building? (Big builds, small builds?
*NOTE*: No answer is wrong, I'm looking for different types of mods/admins, you don't need to be good at everything. EDIT: You CANT be good at everything.
I will be watching the thread throughout tonight, so if you apply please don't log off. If you want to log out please make sure that it has gone an hour since you applied. This way I can make sure that Ive established contact with you and you agree.

Do you have any mod/admin experience?
I haven't been an admin for quite awhile, but i definitely have had a chance to be a staff in quite a few servers.
Are you good with plugins?
I guess i'm okay, but please refresh my memory

There's a start for everything right? Sadly no :/
Are you good at building? (Big builds, small builds?)
Pretty okay, but i prefer underground houses since there is usually no limit. I wouldn't mind building on ground though

Been admin on an averge of 15-20 servers, owned my own for 2 years, moderated a few servers. So yes i have quite abit of experience
