Looking for a ftb server!

Guys I'm looking for an ftb server that has the following things:
No banned items
Protected plots that have ores in them if you dig
No already made items if I vote for if I start out(I want to learn how to make everything)
No banned worlds(nether end twilight) that get reset
Friendly staff and players
A lot of players
MUST BE 1.4.7
If you find or own a server that has all or some of these requirements please let me know but the server has to be 1.4.7 or else I can't join

Its hard to find servers like this, but if you do they are so much fun to play.

Can someone please help me? It doesn't even have to have all of the requirements, just a couple!
