So I have been running my Earth server for a while now and I am looking to start doing Quests the actual plugin Quests. I currently have 3 or 4 wrote but I am looking for alot more and with some depth into them.

So what I am purposing is if you are a quest writer would you be interested into login into my server for a few days learning the eco and what makes it profitable and then maybe write a few quests or do a sample on discord as an idea to show me you understand what you are doing?
I am currently Java 1.15.2 I have no intentions of upgrading to 1.16. My server IP is CraftEarth.mc.gg

Rewards for small quests could be like 3 gold ingots, where as big 2 hour quests could actually earn you say Rank Adventurer. IDK just ideas. HELP
