I am looking for someone to help me with redstone on my server & become mod. The player needs to be able to use redstone, look after players and play minecraft for at least 2 hours a day.

The server has is 4 gb and can hold up to 150 players. I have been working on the redstone for ~4 months and am looking for someone who understands and can help with it.
