The newly launched Volarous Creative Server is having their first ever Build Competition! And we are inviting you, and all your friends, to come and participate! And potentially earn some nice prizes! (Can be seen below!)
The competition is to celebrate and kick off the launch of our server and our love for minecraft! What better way to celebrate that, than with a build competition theme focused on the day of love its self! Valentines Day! With a good turn out this could be the first of many competitions! We plan on having atleast 1-2 every month, with different prizes each time! So even if you dont want to compete in this one, join our discord for updates on future events you might be interested in! :D
To compete in this build competition and win some prizes, all you need is a love for playing with great people from all over the world! And to follow the simple rules listed below!

Rules
- All building must be done on our server.
- No schematica allowed for the competition
- All builds must be original pieces
- Must follow the competition theme: Valentines Day!
- All builds must be completed by the judging date: Feb 15, 2018

Notes
- Make sure to join the discord if competing, as that is where we will post all updates and the results when the judging is done!
- Competition plots are 101x101 blocks in size
- You can get WorldEdit access to work on competition builds
- This is not a group competition, one player per plot
- Any breaking of the rules will result in disqualification
- This is a month long competition and ends on Feb 14th, 2018 at 11:59pm PST
- Do /competition on the server to get to the competition area!

Yes! We have alot of projects in the works! But donating will not benefit you with the competition.

We are looking for builders! And we do look atcontest submissions for potential builder applicants! Come give it a try!

How big is the plots and how do you recieve the steam gift card?

The competition plots are 101x101 blocks. But we have larger plots for non competiion that you get by ranking up! And we send you the gift card directly through steam.

Is there a more specific topic within the theme? As in like would we have to include a certain block or colour into the builds?

Nope! There is no other requirement for the theme! other than it needs to be related to Valentine's Day in some way! You have as much creativite freedom as possible! :D

As long as they are originally your creation, and they are not posted anywhere publicaly!
