Looking for staff for a D&D server

Currently we have a functioning 1.12 bukkit server with a custom painted map and many plugins.
Our server is a 5e Forgotten Realms D&D server with persistent roleplay and events ran by our team of Dungeon Masters.
We have 12 members of staff broken into different groups all working together under 3 Admins.
We are currently looking for more staff to help grow the server as we expand to include more players.
We need:
Builders familiar with realistic medieval and fantasy styles. Previous experience working with Elven and Dwarven builds is a plus. We will require screenshots.
Anyone that has experience as a D&D DM is welcome. Minimal Minecraft experience is required for this role.
We could also use a couple of people with experience in plugin coding and configs.
