A. Behavior/Server Rules
Please maintain a proper attitude at all times. Respect all players and staff. Bullying and harassment are prohibited.
Any kind of profane language is strictly prohibited.
Scamming other player's ( stealing money, accounts, or other private information ) is strictly prohibited and will result in a permeate ban.
The Minecraft chat feature must remain free from inappropriate messages. Partaking in one of these examples is prohibited:
Spamming
Linking website's address that might be seen as inappropriate
Giving out other Minecraft server's ip, website address, or other forms of advertising another Minecraft server
Making racist/profane comment.

C. Forum Rules
Do not create threads/post attacking or provoking another player(s).
Do not encourage flame wars ( arguments that are meant to attack a player(s) instead of constructive criticism ).
Posting threads/comments that are considered inappropriate are prohibited. Any kind of profane language is strictly prohibited.
Do not bump old threads unless your post is pertaining to the original post with constructive feedback.
Stay on topic and prevent any "spam" threads/post.

This is the punishment system that all staff members of merekcraft will follow.
Appealing a hacking ban:
You are allowed to appeal immediately if you are banned. However, if your appeal is accepted, your ban will be reduced to one month. However, if your appeal is denied, you must wait one month before you can re-appeal. For every legit ban you receive, your ban time will increase by three months. Example: if you are banned a second time for fly hacking, if you appeal and your appeal is accepted, instead of having another month before you are unbanned, you will have to serve three months.
Appealing a DDoS attack ban:
You cannot appeal a DDoS attack.
Appealing a spam/trolling mute:
You are only allowed to appeal a mute that last one month or longer. However, you can only appeal a mute once. Permanent mute cannot be appealed, even if you haven't made an appeal before. If your appeal was accepted, the punishment process for spamming/trolling will be restarted to zero.
Appealing an inappropriate language mute:
You are only allowed to appeal a mute that last one month or longer. However, you can only appeal a mute once. Permanent mute cannot be appealed, even if you haven't made an appeal before. If your appeal was accepted, the punishment process for spamming/trolling will be restarted to zero.
Appealing a bullying/racism mute:
You are only allowed to appeal a mute that last one month or longer. However, you can only appeal a mute once. Permanent mute cannot be appealed, even if you haven't made an appeal before. If your appeal was accepted, the punishment process for spamming/trolling will be restarted to zero.
Appealing a hacking another Minecraft account:
You are allowed to appeal after immediately. However, if your appeal was accepted, the ban will be reduced to 6 months. If your appeal was denied, you must wait another 3 months. If you are banned a second time, you will not be able to appeal.
Appealing a forum spam/trolling web ban:
Appealing a web ban must be done by creating a thread in the forums. You can only appeal a web ban that lasts at least one month or longer. If your appeal is accepted, you will automatically be unbanned. However, you can only make one successful appeal. If your appeal was denied, you must wait 2 weeks before you can try again.
Appealing an inappropriate post/thread web ban:
Appealing a web ban must be done by creating a thread in the forums. You can only appeal a web ban that lasts at least one month or longer. What style do you build in: Medieval, rustic, mystic?, and I can do some terraforming as well.
How many hours could you build in a week: I'd say around 14, on a good week, if I have no homework. With homework, maybe 7, and with exams and exam reviews, maybe 4. On the weekends I can spend over 6 hours in one day building.
Do you like to work in a team or alone: I like to work in a team. In a team, we can all collaborate, and if one person is stuck on what to put in a blank area, another team member could help them out.
