Minecraft 1.0.0 Server! Hamachi!

Need Builders and Land Flatteners!
I am trying to make a rpg server!
I need 3 types of villages!
1; Forest Village
2; Desert Village
3; A village located next to an ocean
The first 2 people to join gets to be mayor of a selected Village!The mayor gets diamond tools, 64 gold(To spend), 50 iron(to spend/make tools), and one chain item of their choosing!The villages must have a Baker, Jail, Blacksmith, Doctor, General Store, and bank.The villages must have at least 4 houses, that people can buy/rent.Renting cannot be harassment!They pay 1 gold every 4 days(minecraft days!).Villagers get 10 gold to start out with!Bank can give loans up to 40 gold to each person.
If you steal things, i will ban you,then spawn another item for the victim.
