Need good builders for a new server

I need medieval style/fantasy style builders to help build some cities on a new server I am making.
YOU WILL BECOME STAFF ON THE SERVER IF YOU HELP BUILD.
The server will be an MMORPG server with a massive world (I have already finished some of it). You can check out the unfinished product:http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/massive-multiplayer-rpg-server-project-arapot/. I will only be needing another couple cities and some other
dungeony like stuff. Then I will start configuring the plugins and we can open!

Building style: Like to build anything in general, but specialize in interior designing, and large buildings (shops, arenas, etc). I prefer having some people help me out, so the work gets done a little faster

Previous Experience- I have owned a server called DiamondCraft for 1 year and a half. It had an average of 25 people on, 40$ in donations every month, and was a creative buildign server. I was trying to focus on school so i had to auction it off to bidders. i have been Co-Owner on one other server. Have Admined an estimate of 5 servers, and have been a Moderator for about 7 servers.

I will be contacting you with info on your building experience, but this server will be requiring some realistic medieval/desert/dwarven buildings, are you up for it? Judging from your experience you would make a very good staff member.
Could you take screenshots of your single player worlds? Or anything you built? Also, do you have experience as staff?
