Need Helpers, Builders, Programmers etc for my server!

I am developing a Minecraft server for anyone to play on like the Hive, Mineplex etc. and I would really appreciate to have some helping hands to develop the server!
the IP is ntmnathan.aternos.me for you to join. If you reply back on this thread with your Minecraft username, YouTube, Twitter and role. I will OP you onto the server and you can be involved with building the server up!.
I will need some world builders to build maps/buildings/lobbies for the minigames like spleef, Murder Mystery etc. and
I will also need some Bukkit/Spigot plugin programmers to help develop the minigames, coding etc and even ranks/permissions in PEX etc. as I am such a noob at that, since Im using Aternos, I will have to OP you in order to do the programming, world building etc.
Helpers, Server World Builders and Plugin programmers interested in developing the NTM Nathan server, please reply back with your Minecraft Username, YouTube Account, Twitter, Skype and your job you would like to be specialised and I will get back to you ASAP!
Also please notify me what time you will be on the server, that way I can track who can be on the server at which

Thank you for notifying me, before joining, can you please let me know if you have any good experience with PEX permissions and ranks etc. Thank you once again for notifying me. The server will open in 10 minutes at the time of this reply

Thank you for notifying me, the server will be open at the time of this reply. We will be building Hide and Seek maps and Murder Mystery Maps :)
