My server, Ultracraft has been up for almost a year now and I have advertised in almost everywhere. We have a twitter, Facebook, and instagram. I bump our PMC page every day. We have active staff and we have (almost) anything anyone could ask for or need in a MC server however we truly are having a hard time getting new players who stick around for more than a week. We have donations and we're still being taken care of financially but I would just need/like some opinions (honest opinions are welcomed as well but not trolls) on the server and what I could improve on as an owner to get more people interested.

First off: yes we are on 1.9.4 but that will soon be changing once I can find the time to sit down and really work through a chunk of transitioning it to 1.10.
