Couple things... Please tell us WHAT you want made in the post and you will be more plugin devs offering to make the plugin for you. Also I recommend going to the bukkit community and asking for a plugin because there are more plugin devs there.

And if you want your server to last longer than a week DO NOT give co owner to John Doe who made you a server plugin.....
