New Server in the Process of Making! Need some Creative People!

Hello Guys and Gals!
My name is Perk and I am looking for some cool people to help make a brand new server. I am an experienced creator in server building and will just need people to look after it while I am offline.
I am looking for people who are 14 years of age or older.
Having a microphone is a must.
Must speak English.
Must be active 12 hours a week minimum.

Executive Assistants (2)
Duties Include; Fixing server if crashes, Helping the Executive (Perkaholics), Setting up certain areas of the server, and etc...
Senior Assistants (2-3)
Duties Include; Moderating chat in-game, Assisting Executive Assistants, Assisting players, Dealing with cheating players, Holding a professional value when online, and etc...
Assistants (4-5)
Duties Include; Moderating chat in-game, Assisting Senior Assistants, Being the face of the server, Greeting new players, and etc...
Decorative Assistants
Duties Include; Building for the server, that's it...
So once I get enough people I can start my server but before that, I wanna brainstorm Ideas with everyone and have a meeting with everyone.
