New Server, Looking for Staff

I've recently just started a server, about 15 days ago.
It's a Multi-World RPG Survival, with a focus on Hunger Games and Mob Arena.
Things have gone well, except I don't have players or many regular staff.
I'm looking for people who are qualified for strictly consulting and building.
I'm not looking for Admins or anything.
Don't come on my server asking for Co-Owner, Admin or Mod.

Time Playing Minecraft: Since Alpha 1.2, dropped out for two months around beta 1.3
Qualification: TekkitCraft (mc.tekkitcraft.com), FTBcraft (mc.tekkitcraft.com:26565), Olmec (Deceased), MineMango (Down for deving), WhirlCraft (Also deceased), and my own creative server (Whitelisted, technical issues, and all that terrible stuff).
Why you think you'll be a good staff member: I've owned, administrated, develpoed, moderated, helped out, played on, been a guest at, and done nearly everything in between on next to 60 servers, 40 of which I was originally a spawn builder for, not exaggerating either. I'm OCD, so I like things done exactly, I know how things work, and I'd be best placed as a consult, due to my lack of time. I've had plenty of experience with plugins such as Towny, VoxelSniper (any of the voxel's really), worldedit, some of the PVP ones, and to be honest, a hunger games server isn't a type I have much experience with, so it in myself would be a new experience for me as well. Bit of MobArena experience under my belt, Olmec had a fairly large mobarena that I have a few videos on. After the videos of the MobArena, we made around 3 more, one of Aztec theme which turned out fairly well.

I'd make a great staff member, simply becasue I am a good fighter and a good guard. I am a nice person, but I do investegate into things before I go making friends. I say "Work Hard, Craft Hard" And I am willing to be your head guard and build you a professional jail.
