This is such an inexperienced and dangerous way of giving building permissions... Good luck, you'll need it! If this goes wrong, your entire server could be griefed! I'm not going to say anything else because I have better things to do than give out tips for low-quality server owners XP. Sorry!

People might wanna know what sort of server it is. I know quite a few people who would discard this due to the fact that there's not any information on what type of server they would be building on.
Also might want to add what style you are looking for. like modern, fantasy or medieval etc.
