HOW WILL IT WORK?
you join the server when you are accepted. when you join we will put you as the helper. for a week you will be helping players if they recommend you, you will get a tally. when you have 5 or above tally you will be put into your rank that you applied for. BUT if you don't get any days we will keep you until we trust you enough.

Duties

Duties of an area manager include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Respond to and correct user update requests on the Update Requests.

Process and resolve Bugs errors/problems as shown on the server network

Make changes to the server map when under maintenance projects start and finish by maintaining new geometry, adding or deleting unnecessary plugins and making sure that players can connect to the server.

Act as a mentor to other editors, offering advice in both the forums and when you see improper edits on the discord.

Well-versed in key social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)

Able to build and deliver a multi-channel content plan to achieve set goals

Great written and verbal communication skills

Familiar with the content creator space (videos and livestreams on YouTube, Twitch)

Some direct experience managing social channels for a gaming community

Experience creating content

Able to work 10+ hours

True knowledge of gaming and gamer culture

Preferred: Experience with online Minecraft communities (server or other)

Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or other graphics tool, able to create usable graphics

Preferred: Familiarity with video editing tools, able to create usable videos
