Have you helped any servers as a Dev?: Yes but the server sadly closed down as the owner was far too busy.
Skill: As a Builder 9/10 As mod / Admin 10/10
Tell us about yourself: Im very mature know how to deal with Exploiters and Against-Server players. i have been a mod as said above but the server closed down. (Server was FataL PvP)

If you can't make plugins then you are not a Developer. Just saying. People who work in config files for already made plugins would just be a plugin manager. Techniquely anyone that can code any simple plugin that would just load up is a "dev" just not a good one lol. You might want to change your application format and make it a little bit harder
