Recruiting Builders, Mods, and Admins for a Tekkit Server

Hello all and welcome to my THIRD AND FINAL server application. Now that I have two servers I have decided to split my servers and make one a Tekkit server, while the other will remain a community server. I now need separate staff for each server, so I decided to recruit a brand new staff for this server as well
This Tekkit server will be pretty laid back, with almost no item restrictions, and anti-grief, anti-theft, and no PVP zones
To help build this server and/or moderate/administrate on it, you will need Tekkit. I have linked the Tekkit launcher homepage below
What I need are builders and staff to help build and manage my server. Each post gets benefits that are unique to their post
Co-Owner - I will only accept one of these, and will not accept one until the server is well under way. If you apply for Co-Owner you will get FTP access, website access, and Owner status on the server, including OP
Admin - They get everything from creative to their own Citadel. However if you apply for Admin first and get denied, you will never become an admin again
Moderator - You get moderating power, and some help on the server, and you can eventually be promoted to admin
Builder - Your name will be shown on every structure you make, and you will also receive major help on the server, and have something to use when later applying to be staff. You will receive creative and get to keep it forever. Your name will also be displayed in the hall of builders, which will be built later by the builders
All of these positions have benefits, and all of them have downsides
All I need you to do is fill out this App below, and I will fill you in on the rest of he server details
More importantly, as soon as you are accepted you can get to work on the server (It is website 24/7 hosted)

This is my factory I'm not done with all the architect and the machines yet. But i know how to work 90% of the machines. I have made nuclear reactors and geothermal generators and solar power and wind power. I am pretty familar with most the stuff.

I'm good with architect on the exterior. But I build on servers but its down.

Tekkit Experience: i know all about ee, engines, geothermal generators, have build self sustaining 2048 eu per tick MK I reactors, understand force fields, am half decent at lua programming (computercraft), and have build many giant redstone machines and several decent sized redpower 2 machines.
