Hi my name is Ballistic Nerd, and I have a nice faction going on a faction sever. The server isn't as based on pvp and is based on large factions and nations. My faction would like to have a city faction and we would serve as a military. The project would be building a castle like structure on the faction server and developing a thriving city. The people who fit this job should be a good faction leader and like to play factions, not just build. I need someone to head this project and to recruit new members.
