Esper is an upcoming Custom Role-playing minecraft server. Complete with it's own massive 20,000x17,000 custom map built by an expert over the course of months, we're now looking for Loremasters to create, edit, and change the world as we know it, introduce deities, lore, and so much more.
We are extremely organized. Unlike other recruiting servers, you'll be added to the discord and immediately given a task and a deadline to finish that task. The first few tasks will be designed around testing your ability but will still be beneficial to the server.
Interested yet? Here's just more about our server: in addition to our map, we have a plugin dev who is currently working on our custom plugins. We plan to have a custom "Class" system with magic, archery, and swordplay. We'll have an economy system and job system that will allow players to level up by mining, woodcutting, or doing all sorts of jobs. Eventually we'll have dungeons that players can explore and so much more.
What you'll be doing as a lorewriter -
There's a lot that we need to get sorted out. I've found that having one man speak for an entire server isn't really the way to go as far as lore is concerned. I believe if we can stick to a majority vote from a group of experienced roleplayers, we can find the best lore for our server to abide by.
As a lorewriter, you could be assigned to creating a deities background, ideals and alignment, name, and whatnot. You could be assigned to write about and create an ancient civilization or a contemporary one with the server. You may be assigned to write about magic, ancient spells, rituals, and much more related to the arcane. There's also the possibility about writing about a certain character of the past or enchanted weapons/armor and so much more.
The idea is, keep an open mind about what you want to write, because there is a lot we need to write about.

I haven't really done much in the way of RP in recent years though, but, would like to get back into RP, I've written backstories for my D'n'D characters, create D'n'D campaigns and even tried to create my own RP Minecraft server way back when. (Didn't work out so well though, haha.)
How active can you be on the server?: When I'm not at work I'm normally at my PC, so about 4 hours everyday,

They're mostly in the realms of fantasy, dystopia, horror, etc. I always pitch into rping whenever someone starts a set. For the most part, I have a lot of experience with writting. I may not have the biggest portfolio of it, but I blame it on myself as I don't usually write down my stuffs. It's a bad habit. However, I'm getting better at documenting so that's something.
