Experience: I was an admin on a non-Minecraft chat with 100+ people daily for 15 months. I was a moderator on 30+ person server for half a year before it shut down. I have had experience has an admin on a factions server. I've also been hired as a builder on 3 servers.
Why do you deserve this: I'm a good leader. I know how to handle people fairly without ticking them off.
What will you bring to the server: My experience as a moderator/helper, my building skills and activeness.

Ok. I won't be applying coz I'm really busy atm. I really don't think the age limit is a good idea. You could have a really muture good staff who is 14 and a total immature bully who is 15. Also how do you tell how old they are? Do you really want to encourage lying? So yeah good luck finding good staff.

Second Goal For Me Towards The Server Is, Attracting As Much Players As I Can. I Really Wont Focus On The Player Base. But Ill Focus First On The Content. A Servers No Server Without Good Content.
