Background information:

Rivasty is a growing network which uses a BungeeCord proxy to allow us to host several different minigames. Rivasty is an upcoming network that will have multiple game-modes to choose from. We will solely focus our goals and intentions onto a single server, and move onto the next once we are content with the style and atmosphere of each server. We plan to launch KitPVP as our primary server, through which will gradually lead to more servers. Eventually we will add other game modes and mini games to our network. We also plan to have custom plugins and more in the future. We assure our staff and players that we will prove hard work, dedication, and will financially secure this project in order to make this a unique and exciting experience for all.

Positions and roles available:

Our server is unique in that our staff are organized into teams that each have different specialties. Each team has a team leader, sometimes two, which manages that individual team. This allows us to break up the ownership of the server, and allow the staff to micro-manage each other, keeping the teams from interfering with each others.

Management Team
* Manager
The Manager is responsible for all of our staff. They get to add/remove ranks and change the rank names. They are right below the owner and have full access and control over the server. The Manager is in charge of managing the staff so the Owners can focus on improving the server.
* Senior Administrator
This position is under the Manager. It has the same responsibilities as the Administrator, but it is for Admins who have dedicated a lot of time on our server, who are most active, and are the most respectful.

Administrator
This position is under the Senior Admin. Admins will watch over staff and players to make sure everyone is following the rules. They can do just about everything, but will have to get an Owner’s permission for some high level actions. They will still have access to all the commands.

Senior Moderator
The Senior Moderator is the top-level moderator position. This member is the leader of the Moderator team. The Sr. Mod has the same commands and permissions as the Moderators, but will have more responsibilities such as training moderators and reporting to a higher staff if a Moderator isn’t following their duties.

Moderator
Moderators are in charge of watching over the players. Their duties are to make sure everyone is playing fair and provide punishments to those who aren’t. They will enforce the rules on the players, but should be respectful and kind to the players also. Moderators do not manage lower staff ranks. Moderators are allowed to punish players without having to ask a higher rank.

Trial Moderator
A Trial Moderator is an entry level Management team position. It is used for training staff who want to work their way up the Management ladder. Any member who applies for the Management team must start as a Trial Moderator, to gain our trust, and show that you will handle the responsibilities of that team.

Web

Web Designer
The Web Designer is in charge of designing the website, and making it look attractive and clean. The position is based on front-end web development. This position is required to be skilled at CSS, HTML, and should be familiar with responsive website design. They should also ideally know bootstrap and jQuery.
Junior Web Developer/Designer
The Junior Web Developer/Designer is a position available to those are are interested in developing/designing our website, but don’t currently have the knowledge or experience to be skilled at it. This position should be willing to learn and should be able to handle constructive criticism. This position will be taught about web development by the higher web development ranks.

Plugin
Senior Plugin Developer
The Senior Plugin Developer is the head of the Plugin development sub-team. This rank should be knowledgeable in programming plugins with Java, configuring plugins, and installing plugins. The Senior Plugin Developer will plan with the plugin development sub-team and discuss what plugins are needed, and should make sure they are all contributing. The Senior Plugin Developer is able to promote and demote other plugin developers. They may receive FTP access to install plugins.
Plugin Developer
This position is directly under the Senior Plugin Developer. Plugin Developers code custom Java plugins for our server. They must know Java and have made Minecraft plugins before.
Junior Plugin Developer
The Junior Plugin Developer is a position for those who are interested in making plugins for the server, but lack the knowledge or experience. They must be willing to learn and handle constructive criticism well. Some Java knowledge is required.

Building Team

Lead Builder
The Lead Builders are on top of the builders. They are in charge of managing the builders and making sure they are doing their job as well as helping them build. Lead Builders should communicate effectively with the builders what needs to be done and should pay attention the the build quality of the builder’s work. Lead builders are required to have very good building skills and should also be good at communicating with the other builders.
Builder
Builders are in charge of building everything on the server. They may build spawns, cities, arenas, etc. They will have access to WorldEdit to help them build more efficiently. Builders must be creative and have past experience as a builder.
Junior Builder
The Junior Builder Position is for those who are interested in becoming a builder, but lack the skill, creativity, or experience. Junior Builders will be taught by the rest of the Build team. This position requires a will to learn, and a tolerance of constructive criticism.

Marketing Team
* Community Manager
The Community Manager is in charge of the Marketing team and is responsible with managing the community. This position will train the team how to advertise effectively, to help gain the server staff, and members. The Community Manager should experiment with new advertising techniques, and find effective ways for advertising efficiently. The Community Manager is the only Marketing team member that can hire staff directly. The Marketing Manager can promote and demote members of this team. The main roles of the community manager are to help advertise the server as much as possible (on Minecraft sites, Youtube, Twitter and any other site they can think of) and run community events to bring everyone together. This position will also be posting on the Krazium forums often, so this position is required to have good grammar, and be able to make fun, creative posts. This rank is not for the rank; it’s to run the majority of the community.
Recruiter
Recruiters have the responsibility to help us get new staff. This may involve posting on Minecraft Forums, Planet Minecraft, etc. Recruiters can not hire staff directly, they must get them approved by the Recruiting Manager. Recruiters should be creative and find interesting ways to bring new staff to our server.
Advertiser
The Advertiser rank is for those who want to help gain our server players. Advertisers can be creative and find different ways to gain us members, whether it be YouTube, posting on Minecraft Forums/Planet Minecraft, Twitter, Facebook, etc. We expect Advertisers to be very active in advertising.

Graphics Team
* Senior Lead Artist
This position is for our most professional and hardworking artist and is head of the Graphics team. This staff member can promote and demote members of the graphics team. This staff member will help to create a theme for the server, and make sure all server art fits that theme.
Lead Artist
This position is for any Artist who displays leadership and is more active than the other artists. This staff member must have a good drawing ability in programs such as Photoshop or Illustrator, and should be willing to help the other artists.
Artist
This position is for anyone who is interested in make graphics for our server. This includes server banners, advertisements, Discord art, and any server art. Artists should consult with the Lead Artists and Senior Lead Artist to make sure each graphic fits in our network's theme. This position needs to know how to use digital art programs.
Jr.Artist
The Jr.Artist doesn't need to know a lot about making graphic designs. He needs to at least know the basics and have a better program than paint.net or microsoft paint. You will get some assistance from the artists
