Roleplay Server in Need of Builders

Hello everyone,
I am in need of 3-6 builders to assist me in building my roleplay world for my server.
Here are a list of requirements:
-Must be able to build in the medieval style
-Must have or will be able to have the Conquest Launcher
-Is able to work well with others
-Can be on atleast 28 hours a week
People who are selected will be interviewed where we will sort out terms of payment and how much is expected. Because this is a paid job if I feel that you fail one of these requirements I will terminate the contract between us.

Previous Experience: Not Much, I've built on the Ravand server and one other, but I can't seem to remember it too well since my laptop broke about a month into my build, and that was about a year ago.

I only have one photo since I haven't been on but for a month recently. However, I did build everything by hand on that plot in about three to five days.
Why I should pick you: I'm a dedicated builder who can terraform and build structures no problem.
