Hello, everyone.
For the last few months, we have been losing members to our competitors due to a lot of technical difficulties, lack of staff, and lack of progress made. We're trying to build the many villages of the Naruto anime/manga series. In early December through early February we were dealing with several DDoS attacks but eventually used our own system to mitigate the attacks. From then to now, we have lost a lot of staff and have dealt with griefs due to the immature nature of our ex-staff members.
We'd appreciate just five skilled builders to help us in our time of need. With our little staff group, we have faced a lot of adversity in our almost one-year run and we need some competent, mature, and skilled builders to help us complete our goal.
We will require images of your builds for proof.

Builder experiences - I've built multiple great military-related builds, I'm sure if military stuff is needed to be built, I could help with that (I sadly have no evidence Dx though I will not lie about that)

Why should I hire you - Well, I can provide ideas to help the server, I am an expert with redstone, and I am a great military builder
Schedule - I can be on everyday, for around an hour or two, maybe more depending on school, and my mood

Do you have experience as a builder?
Yes, I have built for alot of new servers mostly. And then mostly Prison Mines and Prison Spawns. I can build in alot of different styles too!
Do you have skype? No, but I can communicate by many other ways.
Why do you want to be apart of this project? I'm not very busy ATM, so I think I could be a great addition
How often can you get on? Weekdays 2 times per day, just after school + evening mostly, not everyday probably but atleast 1h/day. Weekend more though
Can I Trust you? Yes, I am staff right now on a medium server (ranging from most of the time around 20 players on to around 100 sometimes (once had 200))
Ive been staff there since january so you can trust meh dude I can show you too if you want.
