Hey there

Me and my mate have recently started our own sever but after a while our look bored us so we decided to install some new skins. i installed mine and so did he , i have a peter griffin one and he has a hilarious farmer on BUT when i look at him it comes up as my skin and visa verser. when i installed it i put in the %appdata% stuff BUT my char.png File was in MOBS so i think this is the problem ??? can anyone tell me how i can change this because i wanna see him in his skin and he wants to see me in my skin iv tried everything i know but nothings worked so far please anyone have any suggestions ??????

P.S i am the sever admin if that helps
