Small Community SMP! Looking for players NOW!

*Note* (I am not the owner of the server in any way, I am just helping the owner out he asked me.)
I am running a small and private small community minecraft survival server. It would be vanilla, but I added a few plugins for ranks, teleportation and spawn protection. We're looking for more players, and possible staff for our server. We want whats best for our people and take every idea into consideration. We want people to enjoy their survival experience!
Our spawn is basic, and someone has recently just entered the Nether for the first time in the server!
The server isn't whitelist, so when you receive the IP in your inbox once you've been accepted, you can share that with anyone you wish.
