Developers must know how to create plugins and update mc servers without screwing up the plugins. You must also know how to use plugins! I need an expert developer!
If you do a good job for developer I will pay you 10% of what the server earns so you must make the ever pretty good to get some money!

Knows how to take care of the server
Make plugins
Install plugins
Nice to others
Sets up perks for ranks (Let me look into the perks)
Knows how to create a good Buycraft website
CREATE A GOOD NAME
You will have access to the console (FileZilla)

Staff must be:

Active
Ban people for swearing for 5 min
Hacking 1 week
Hacking 2nd time 1 year
Glitching 1 month
You must be nice to players
Stay calm to the conversation
Don't abuse commands
