I’m starting a server, but.. I don’t want to do this myself. I want people who will be willing to work with me! Willing to help me with certain things!

Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
My name is Jonathan Pantages, I've been playing minecraft for 8 years.
I have owned many servers, I owned 3 about 4 years ago.
They were decent servers ranging from 30-40 people on at a time.
I am 19 years old.
I want to create this server because I have recently found my love for minecraft again!
