I don't want to sound mean, but you're not going to get any good people for the roles you are looking for with a format like that.
You need to give some content to your message (ie. Why you need help, What makes your server special, etc.).
You also need to create a better application. With an application like that it's too easy to get someone very immature apply for Admin and you give it to them without realizing it.
It's best to find a youtuber the old fashion way. Let them find you and like you.
