Im thinking about creating a Server. I need staff and a dev.

I am thinking about create a server called Intoxicated PvP. It will be a factions server and I know how to run servers, and administrate them too. But I do not know how to configure plugins and create custom plugins. I'm looking for someone to help me out on that topic. The Server that I will be creating will be a dedicated server with about 30/40 slots. I need a lot of help creating it. Another spot that I will be needing is some who can design web art and create a good looking website that could attract donations. Finally, I will need builders. I can not create a good server on my own so I am looking for a good and qualified team.

Hi. So you will know Im here to apply for rank. So the rank i want is builder. Im great at building, helping in general, making server peaceful and suuuper FUN!! I love to make kit pvp, skywars, and prison maps. Im sorry I dont have pictures of those maps though. Sorry. I know a lot of admin commands moslty all to be honest. I'm good at help setting up plugins, I'm also good at making factions servers! So I'm your man, msg me on PMC if you wan't to get in contact with me. And yes, I do have skype.

Sure! But I'm not like a plugin dev, even tho I've been thinking about learning java for years now, I can't yet. So can I have a different app?

I may be able to help. Although just a suggestion: put this also in server recruitment. Also don't only use factions. Factions is getting old. Make something new or add something to the factions. Put an application format also because people do not know what kind of info you are looking for.
