THISTLEMC - Season 1

GAMEMODE
A minecraft server based on a most played gamemode called factions. Factions requires players to build bases, which are extremely protected with layers of walls. Inside the base, it contains the resources, which each faction collects, this includes spawners, armour, farming resources and much more!

ABOUT US
ThistleMC factions will have its own unique touch to factions. We are not talking about custom plugins but unique experience. It will be a non-op factions meaning the highest protection on armour will be 5 and extremely hard to obtain. God apples will also not be easily obtainable since they are looked as an OP and essential item to have on a PvP server.

SHOP + ECONOMY
We have a shop set up, which can be accessed via the command /shop. It allows players to purchase and sell items in-game. In order to make money, players will need to either sell items on /shop or our auction system (will talk more about it soon).
Economy will be very solid, making money will not be as easy but making the money will be worth at the end of each season as that will lead to individuals receiving rewards.


AUCTIONS
As mentioned earlier about auctions, we will be having 2 different type of auctions. One, which allows individuals to put their items up for sale to other users in a GUI (/ah). We will also have another auction system, which allows players to bid (/bid) to increase the price of the item, which has been put up for sale.
The difference between the two is that, one is a quick sale item, which runs one by one and allows players to increase the bid and is done in short period (2 minutes maximum) (/auc).
The other auctions (/ah) will be for a longer period of time (2 days maximum), which is designed to be quick buy system. Players are not able to increase the bid in /ah but are able to easily purchase the item instantly through the GUI.


RANKS
We have total of 6 ranks that are available at our store (store.thistlemc.com) in progress. The rank names are, Elder, Elite, Champion, Legend, Lord.

We have also added faction fly, available for every user of ThistleMC. It allows individuals to fly in their claim, and in their claim only. This is usually for building base purpose, which is found to be extremely essential.

Fly will also be available for Legend rank and above, which can be used anywhere around the map except from warzone around spawn and pvp arena (Legend and above can fly at spawn).

• Must have discord, and be able to communicate via microphone.
  
• Minimum hours per week: 14 hours.
  

BETA TESTERS
As the server is releasing in about a week, I'm in need of few beta testers who are able to come on scarletmc and test few things and let me be aware of any bugs. I've tested most of the things and just want to make sure there's nothing left!

STAFF POSITIONS:
Helper:
Most players will start off from this rank and build up the trust! Their job role is simply to monitor chat, help out individuals and simply keep the community happy. We are looking for maximum 5 Helpers.

Moderator:
You're able to apply for moderator only if you have had past experience in this position or higher. Players with this rank's job quite similar to helper, however they are required to give helper guidance and help them to be the best they can. We are looking for maximum 5 Moderators.

Head-Moderator:
Head-Moderators is also available, you may apply for this too if you can show you deserve this. Head-Moderator's job role is to make sure moderators and helpers are doing their best they can and give a monthly report to Admin on each one of them. If there are no staff online they are required to fulfill moderator's job meaning moderating chat, keeping the community happy. Although, Head-Mod will not be easily available as it requires a lot of skills, you're able to apply for it, if you can show your worth. We are looking for 2 Head-Mods.

Admin:
Admin's are required to recruit staff members (must run it through me or the manager), take reports from Head-Moderators monthly and work together with Head-Moderator to decide weather they deserve a promotion (must let me or the manager be aware of the changes in staff positions). Admin's are also required to fulfill moderation job if there are no staff online. We are only looking for around 1-2 Admins!

Manager:
There will be 2 Managers and 2 completely different types. One will focus on managing staff and one who will work closely with me helping out with plugins, bugs and deciding who to hire etc. Managers are not required to pay for any bills however its their choice weather they want to invest on ScarletMC.
Minimum age: 16 to become a manager.
