Tips on making a server grow?

I am looking for some tips that can help my minecraft server grow we are on are 2nd month now and we arnt growing as very fast what can i do to speed up the process. We have many good plugins and a great community with the few players we have and iv posted on many sites i just dont know what else to do.

Invest time and money into paying a youtuber with say.. 100k subs to make a series on your server. Or make a youtube channel yourself and invest time into growing your own channel and make vids of your server.

With getting a youtuber to make series costs quite alot. It will cost alot of money, and when the contract expires and the youtuber leaves your server, you're player count will drop from lets say 200 to like absolutely nothing, cus all the fans that watch the youtuber want is to play with their favorite youtuber, and when the youtuber leaves the server will go into absolute chaos.

I did have someone make a video but there not to big of a channel but ill look into that soon i got more important things to worry about rn like getting my car fixed. But thank you for the tip!
