Why can't i post My server on PMC!

Every time i go to post my server on PMC it does not let me, like i type in my correct server The Correct Ip and Port then i clikc 'Test connection' and it comes up, check the input, please help, i need players!

You see the PMC472897492427274 ? You have to put that in your server motd so you can test connection !
