Greetings player, and welcome to World-Observer.
We are a small, brand new MC server. We' ve got a new 1.13 world that is ready for the taking.
The new 1.13 release has many new exciting features that we can't wait to try out and explore with you and our community. We would like to provide a genuine survival world, with no unnecessary plugins and no spawning-in of items that may create an unfair advantage for people.
To ensure the maximum enjoyment and safety for our members, we are white-listed. This means you can not join unless we have accepted your application. We have done this to avoid griefers and people with ill-intent.
First off, our rules:
1. No griefing!
2. No hacked clients!
3. Do not insult players, or harm their gaming experience by using exploits.
4. Have fun!
