Anyone understand the 1.8 skin format?

Hey guys, if you don't know 1.8 contains a new skin format. Two layers for each body part. Anyone able to make a skin like mine? The post for the skin i want double-layered is my submitted skin called "DurbeGalaxyEye (Me)". Please use the skin format you'll find on the skins page on minecraft.gamepedia.net/wiki/Skin

Tried using the new skin format (the reddit one), but I'm trying to delete the second head layer, that's all. Also, can someone just make my skin with double layer for me pls?
