For future reference you can do this VERY easily yourself.
Get paint.net (It's free, http://getpaint.net/)
Open the image, and select the parts you want to change with the select tool (the wand one works great for this, adjust the sensitivity a bit and you can just select everything red)
Adjustments -> Hue/Saturation
Use the Hue slider to change it to the colour you want. Sat/Lightness are good for tweaking if needed.
After installing paint.net it's like 2 minutes work tops even for a newbie, and you'll have learnt a new skill to do it yourself in the future
