I agree with Kals. Your ideas and attention to detail are incredible, but areas of your shading are patchy. Some areas are unshaded, and others are just 'camo' shaded. More gradient and careful texturing would help you improve. (Not that I can talk XD)

Hey! I think your skins are great. My only opinion is on your shading. It's pretty good, but needs some work. (Omg don't kill me XD) maybe look at a YouTube video on shading Minecraft skins.
