I know the user of that Skin, i'ts "HouseOfFraser" but he changed his skin, and i can't get it. That's why I'm trying to get help, 'cause if someone has saw that skin before can tell me where i can find it.
I will try a reverse image search, and see what happen.

I would suggest doing a reverse image search of that render. That way you can see if it appears anywhere with the username.
