Drop the blocky style, it isn't doing you any good. Learn basic shading, not shading you done on your zombie skin, real shading. Also, a note on your skin colours, skin is not bright pink, make it a bit browner, you can use the skin colour from my skins if you want.

TBH they look rushed anyone could make those without much work. I'm not a pro skinner but I could replicate your skins easy there are many people on here that make beautiful skins and use detailed shading to their advantage.

My Advice look at some of http://www.planetminecraft.com/member/halucid/ skins. They're clean, and incredibly detailed.

Preeeety nice.... They look kinda... (as Splashpelt said) flat...... Maybe try & drop the 'blocky' style.... Try and shade the clothing a little more tooo....

The skins by themselves are fairly good, But the shading is kinda iffy to me. It would appease to some people a different shading style as some aren't really attracted to blocky shading.

The layout of your skins is nice and clean, which makes the appearance pretty good, but you might want to incorporate more curves. I know that your shading style is blocky, but maybe try experimenting with more, because they just look kinda..Flat. just try experimenting with new shading and see where you end up with that, and trying curves, making the clothes seem to almost drape onto the model in some cases, like with your Santa Claus skin.
