Is it just me, or do most skins you see look similar to one another?

If you have ever seen skins on large servers, they always look similar to one another. They usually fall under these categories:
1. Creeper hoodie(teen in hoodie with creeper or enderman on the back, usually has headphones)
2. Anime girl(girl with 2x2 eyes, bright colors, often wear similar outfits to one another)
3. BajanCanadian recolor(recolor of the youtuber BajanCanadian's skin, has the slightly messy hair and 2x2 eyes, the hairstyle is always the same shape, but different colors)
4. Derp skin(has that one FEZ character's face, usually on a drooling steve, cartoony gold/diamond block man or a steve carrying a block)
If you pay attention, you will notice these archetypes a lot more often as you play. It almost makes me wish there was a way to disable skins so I don't have to see millions of recolors of the same 2-4 skins.
Some view these as a fad, but some of these skins(the anime girl one and the BajanCanadian one in particular) have been around for quite a while, which tells me that these are likely not going to go away.

I happen to like 2×2 eyes. When their are only so many pixels you can redo their is now much you can do unless you want your skins FRIKIN ugly.

Making a skin that looks somewhat similar to another is basically unavoidable at this point.

Most of them learn that they look at others, that's a normal phenomena. Not all are artists and some are very jung and try hard...We have to accept that.

No, it's not just you and this topic has been brought up many times before by many different people. There's almost no way of making a human skin look unique anymore. It's all been done before. Teen skins (that includes all skins with 2×2 eyes) will be around as long as teens keep playing Minecraft. There's nothing that can be done about it, so unfortunately, there's really no use in bringing it up.

Yea, and we can all say we are guilty of making a skin that looks similar to another at one point or another, however it doesnt mean we aren't creative and unoriginal.

Well, if you disable skins, you're just going to have two similarish ones anyways.
