You Could make a ''Five Nights At Freddy's'' Themed skin like Freddy Or some of the toys.. But I'll take some ideas too.

I don't see many tribal-inspired skins, maybe if you look around in google images with "Tribal" ye'll see something.

I highly reccomend Kirby or maybe even Piplup, if you know what either of those are. I always have to assume that whoever I'm talking to has no idea what I'm gibbering about.

If you like to watch anime / TV / YouTube, you could always make a skin based of characters or people from there. If you like to read, maybe make your favourite character from the book. You could make humanised animals, maybe combine some animals to make THE ULTIMATE CREATURE. You could make skins based on inanimate objects / food if you want. Maybe start a series of some kind with multiple skins in it, something like... Maybe a mob series or whatever. If you like other video games apart from Minecraft, make characters from those games too.
Try to keep it original though, don't do something loads of people have already done.

Tl;dr - Make characters from stuff you like or make animals as humans or something. (Be original about it)

As said above, something less common. Something that you enjoy though. As mentioned times before as well, try listening to a song & seeing what ideas that gives you. Just some suggestions.

I would suggest something less common, a mighty monarch, the cowardly jester, perhaps something from the Elizabethan era, anything that pops to mind while listening to your favorite song, something new.

Look around the forums for some contests! There are always a few skinning ones.

Make something really uncomplex like "Phil" and make a dude in a shirt and tie.

You could make a DJ, or a princess... you could do a lot of things. Your favorite video game character, someone you look up to, a celebrity, your favorite animal, a certain color palette, that sort of thing. Hope that helps!
